By using VidShot — the app or this website — you agree to these terms. VidShot is provided from Egypt.
What VidShot is
Software for Windows and Android that includes a browser and a player: you open the sites you choose, and it shows the video on them in its player. VidShot hosts no content, doesn't sell any, doesn't recommend sites, and has no connection with the sites you open.
Your responsibility for content
- You alone are responsible for what you open, watch and save.
- Use VidShot only with content you have the right to watch or save, and respect intellectual-property rights and the sites' terms.
- Using it to infringe others' rights, or for any unlawful purpose, is prohibited.
Free trial
Each device gets one free trial of 3 days, starting at first launch and including every feature. The trial belongs to the device and doesn't restart with a reinstall or cleared data.
Subscription and payment
- After the trial, a paid subscription is needed for a period you choose, such as 1 month, 3 months or 1 year. The price is shown in your currency before you pay.
- Payment is upfront and one-time: there's no auto-renewal, and you're never charged for something you didn't ask for.
- Payments are processed by the XPay payment gateway and are subject to its terms.
- A subscription works on two devices, and you can deactivate it on one to move it to another.
- If you pay before your period ends, the new period is added to its end.
- We may change prices in the future; that never affects a period you've already paid for.
Activation codes
Your activation code is for you. Publishing, selling or sharing it with others breaks these terms, and we may disable any code used that way.
Sites and availability
Sites change constantly, and we update their support constantly, but we can't guarantee that any particular site works at all times. We may add or change features to improve the app.
Limitation of liability
VidShot is provided “as is”. We aren't responsible for content shown by sites, nor for indirect damages from using the app. In any case, our liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the previous twelve months, except where the law requires otherwise.
Termination
You can stop using VidShot at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
